Guizhou Tyre to hold third extraordinary shareholder meeting in September

Guizhou Tyre Co., Ltd. will convene its third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2025 on September 15, 2025. The meeting will utilize both on-site and network voting.

Called by the company's board of directors, the meeting will address several important proposals. These include the company's shareholder return plan for 2025-2027, the re-appointment of its accounting firm, and changes to the use of repurchased shares and registered capital.

Shareholders can cast votes online via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system or internet voting system. The trading system will be open from 9:15 to 9:25 and 9:30 to 11:30 in the morning, and from 1:00 to 3:00 in the afternoon on September 15, 2025. The internet voting system will be available from 9:15 AM to 3:00 PM on the same day.

Other agenda items include revising corporate governance policies, such as the independent director work system, external guarantee management, external investment management, related party transaction management, and the management of special funds for raised capital. The registration period for shareholders to attend the meeting is from September 11 to September 12, 2025.
