Dabeinong subsidiary gains Argentina GM soybean permit amid rising guarantees

Beijing Dabeinong Technology Group's genetically modified soybean product, DBN8205, developed by its subsidiary Beijing Dabeinong Biotechnology, received cultivation approval in Argentina on September 8, 2025. This insect-resistant, herbicide-tolerant soybean, when stacked with DBN8002, offers enhanced pest control, though commercialization still requires import permits from soybean-consuming nations.

Concurrently, the company updated its guarantee activities as of September 9, 2025. The total external guarantee amount by Beijing Dabeinong Technology Group and its controlled subsidiaries reached CNY 1,246,378.62m, representing 145.92% of the latest audited net assets. Guarantees for entities within consolidated financial statements totaled CNY 1,073,767.83m (125.71% of net assets), while guarantees for associate companies amounted to CNY 169,260.51m (19.82% of net assets). Guarantees for clients and cooperative farms, including overdue amounts, reached CNY 3,350.28m (0.39% of net assets).

The company also disclosed adjustments to its guarantee limits, with CNY 11,545.00m being transferred into various subsidiaries' authorized guarantee limits, and an equal amount transferred out. These adjustments, approved by the company's president, aim to optimize financial flexibility and support operational growth.
