Changzhou Almaden elects Xia Xiaoqing as employee representative director

Changzhou Almaden Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002623) announced the election of Xia Xiaoqing as the employee representative director for its sixth board of directors. This election follows a staff representative meeting held on September 8, 2025, in anticipation of the expiration of the fifth board's term. Xia Xiaoqing's term will commence upon approval by the staff representative meeting and will conclude at the end of the sixth board's term.

Xia Xiaoqing, born in March 1983, is a Chinese national with an associate's degree. She has been with the company since 2006, holding various positions including production manager and purchasing manager at Changzhou Almaden Photovoltaic Glass Co., Ltd., and general manager at Guian New Area Almaden Optoelectronic Materials Co., Ltd. Currently, she serves as the general manager of Changzhou Almaden Co., Ltd.'s Anhui branch. As of the announcement date, Xia Xiaoqing does not hold any company shares and has no related party transactions with shareholders holding 5% or more, the actual controller, or other directors and senior management.

Her qualifications meet the requirements for an employee representative director as stipulated by relevant laws, regulations, and the company's articles of association. Following this election, the total number of directors on the company's sixth board who also serve as senior management or are employee representatives will not exceed one-half of the total number of directors, ensuring compliance with relevant legal frameworks.
