Tigermed to hold extraordinary shareholder meeting on September 29

Hangzhou Tigermed Consulting Co., Ltd. will convene its first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2025 on September 29, 2025, at 3:00 PM. The meeting, called by the company's board of directors, will include both a physical session in Hangzhou and online voting via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system and internet voting platform. Online voting through the trading system is scheduled from 9:15 AM to 9:25 AM, 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on September 29, 2025.

The agenda includes 11 proposals covering revisions to the company’s articles of association, shareholder meeting rules, board of directors meeting rules, and a proposal to reduce registered capital. Other key items involve amendments to independent director work systems, external investment management, related party transaction systems, external guarantee management, A-share raised capital management, and information disclosure management. Shareholders will also vote on authorizing management to negotiate annual audit fees with the auditing firm.

The equity registration date for A-share shareholders is September 24, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Shareholders are required to register by September 24, 2025, between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, and 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. The first four proposals require approval by a two-thirds majority of votes cast by attending shareholders, while proposals 5-11 require a simple majority. Separate voting will be conducted for proposals affecting the interests of small and medium investors.
