Shengxin Lithium Energy affiliate releases significant share pledge

Shengxin Lithium Energy Group Co., Ltd. announced on September 8, 2025, that its controlling shareholder, Shenzhen Shengzhan Group Co., Ltd., through its affiliate Xiamen Tunyan Investment Partnership, has released a pledge on 6.155 million shares. This transaction, executed with Huaxi Securities Co., Ltd., concluded on September 5, 2025.

Prior to this release, Xiamen Tunyan's cumulative pledged shares represented a significant portion of its holdings. The released shares were part of multiple pledges initiated between November 1, 2023, and August 20, 2024. As of the announcement date, Xiamen Tunyan's total pledged shares amount to 7.1 million, constituting 34.42% of its holdings and 0.78% of the company's total share capital.

Overall, the controlling shareholder and its concert parties collectively hold 208,445,624 shares, with 97,655,983 shares currently pledged. This represents 46.85% of their total holdings and 10.67% of the company's total share capital.
