Levima Advanced Materials shareholder adjusts major stock pledge

Levima Advanced Materials Corporation (003022) announced today that its controlling shareholder, Levima Group Co., Ltd., has released 67,950,000 shares from a previous pledge. This released amount represents 10.43% of Levima Group's total holdings and 5.09% of the company's total share capital. The shares were originally pledged to Shanghai Haitong Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd. and were released on September 23, 2024.

Concurrently, Levima Group has pledged an additional 46,200,000 shares, equating to 7.09% of its holdings and 3.46% of Levima Advanced Materials' total share capital. This new pledge, to Sinolink Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd., is for capital needs, commencing on September 4, 2025, and maturing on September 1, 2028. These newly pledged shares are not restricted shares.

Following these transactions, Levima Group's cumulative pledged shares now total 171,400,000, representing 26.31% of its holdings and 12.83% of the company's total share capital. The company clarified that Levima Group maintains a strong financial position, with no risk of liquidation, and these adjustments will not impact the company's operations, governance, or control.
