Wanda Film shareholder trims stake to exactly five percent

On September 6, 2025, Wanda Film Holding announced that its shareholder, Xin County Rongzhi Xingye Management Consulting Center (Limited Partnership), along with its concerted parties, reduced their collective shareholding in the company from 5.0456% to 5.0000%. This adjustment involved a decrease of 962,700 shares, representing 0.0456% of the company's total share capital. The shares were sold via centralized bidding at an average price of CNY 11.67 per share between September 1 and September 4, 2025.

Following this transaction, Xin County Rongzhi and its concerted parties now collectively hold 105,589,015 shares. The company confirmed that this change will not affect its controlling shareholder, actual controller, governance structure, or ongoing operations. Xin County Rongzhi had previously announced a plan to reduce its holdings by up to 2.0000% of the total share capital.

The latest Simple Equity Change Report, signed on September 5, 2025, by Xin County Rongzhi, Beijing Wanda Cultural Industry Group Co., Ltd., and Lin Ning, confirms the details of this transaction. It also notes that Xin County Rongzhi holds 90,531,168 shares, with 37,000,000 of these being pledged.
