Northking Information Technology's controlling shareholder adjusts stake

Northking Information Technology (SZSE:002987) announced that Yuan Dao (Wenzhou) Venture Capital Partnership, a controlling shareholder and party acting in concert, has adjusted its equity. From May 26, 2021, to September 5, 2025, their total shareholding decreased by 0.47%, impacting the total stake of the controlling shareholder and parties acting in concert to reach a 1% integer multiple. This adjustment includes a passive change and a reduction of 2,094,611 A shares.

The reduction in shares by Yuan Dao Investment was executed through centralized bidding, aligning with a previously disclosed plan to reduce holdings by up to 3% of the company's total share capital. The total stake held by Yuan Dao Investment and parties acting in concert decreased from 58.47% to 58.00%.

The company emphasizes that this equity change, which included passive changes due to share capital increases and changes resulting from restricted stock grants and cancellations, does not adversely affect the company's governance structure, equity structure, or continuous operations, nor will it lead to a change in control. The disclosed reduction plan is still underway.
