Maiquer Group establishes two new baking subsidiaries in Xinjiang

Maiquer Group has announced the establishment of two new subsidiaries: Xinjiang Tianshan Oasis Baking Co., Ltd. and Xinjiang Tianshan Cloud Ranch Baking Co., Ltd. Both companies have been officially registered with the Changji City Market Supervision Administration. Xinjiang Tianshan Oasis Baking Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary with a registered capital of RMB 1 million, fully held by Maiquer Group. Xinjiang Tianshan Cloud Ranch Baking Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Xinjiang Tianshan Oasis Baking Co., Ltd., also with a registered capital of RMB 1 million, with Maiquer Group holding 99% of its shares.

The new subsidiaries will focus on a wide range of activities, including food and beverage production, catering services, fresh milk and general cargo transportation, and food e-commerce. Xinjiang Tianshan Oasis Baking Co., Ltd. will also engage in retail of clothing, daily necessities, toys, and cultural artifacts, along with technical services and real estate leasing. The investment is financed through Maiquer Group's own funds.

This strategic move is aligned with Maiquer Group's long-term development plans and is not expected to materially impact the company’s financial or operational performance. The company expects these new entities to boost market competitiveness and sustained growth.
