Kuang-Chi Technologies secures $1.2bn in metamaterial product contracts

Kuang-Chi Technologies Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Kuang-Chi Advanced Technology Co., Ltd., recently signed contracts totaling 1,277,803,800 yuan for metamaterial product batch production with five customers. This includes 1,017,350,000 yuan for metamaterial aerospace structural products with one client and 260,453,800 yuan with four other clients.

These products are scheduled to be delivered by June 30, 2026. The contracts are expected to impact the company's operating performance for the current year and 2026. The company intends to continue investing in the research, development, production, and testing of metamaterials to enhance market competitiveness.

Kuang-Chi Technologies stated that the fulfillment of these contracts will not affect the company's business independence or create reliance on the clients. However, the company also noted potential risks, including the possibility of contract breaches, unforeseen factors, or the inability to fully execute or terminate the contracts.
