Guangdong Hybribio Biotech Co., Ltd. will convene its first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2025 on September 10, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. The meeting will be held through a combination of on-site voting and online polling, with the record date set for September 4, 2025. Online voting via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system will be open from 9:15-9:25 a.m., 9:30-11:30 a.m., and 1:00-3:00 p.m. on September 10, 2025.
