Beingmate sues for trademark infringement, names new auditor

Beingmate Co., Ltd. announced its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hangzhou Beingmate Maternal and Child Nutrition Products Co., Ltd., has initiated a major lawsuit for trademark infringement and unfair competition. The lawsuit, filed in Zhejiang Province, seeks yuan 72,011,520 in damages from multiple defendants, including Jinhua Wucheng District Mingqiao Food Store and Zhejiang Keluobao Food Co., Ltd. The case, currently in the acceptance stage, involves allegations of using "Shulile" branding and packaging similar to Beingmate's special medical formula products.

Separately, Beingmate will propose to shareholders the appointment of Zhejiang Tianping Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as its auditor for the 2025 fiscal year, replacing Zhongshen Zhonghuan Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership). The audit fee for 2025 is yuan 2.3 million. Additionally, the company plans to purchase Directors' and Officers' Liability Insurance for its directors, supervisors, and senior management, with a proposed liability limit of yuan 50,000,000 and an annual premium not exceeding yuan 200,000.
