Xiamen Changelight Co., Ltd. has successfully redeemed a cash management product, specifically the "Longding Jinfeng Two-Value Customized 529-Day (145-day) Income Certificate" from Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd. The product, classified as a principal-protected floating income certificate, had an initial investment of CNY 3,000,000.

The redemption occurred on December 23, 2025, with a principal of CNY 3,000,000 returned to the company. The investment generated cash management income of CNY 8,522, representing an estimated annualized yield ranging from 0.1% to 3.24%. This redemption is part of the company's strategy to utilize idle raised funds through short-term, principal-protected wealth management products, as approved by its shareholders in April 2025.

The company's board of directors approved the use of up to CNY 500 million of idle raised funds for cash management, aiming to enhance capital efficiency without impacting ongoing investment projects or operations. Xiamen Changelight has previously redeemed several other cash management products, totaling CNY 109,500,000 in principal and generating aggregate income of CNY 861,237 over the past twelve months.
