Jinyu Jidong Cement rebrands to streamline market identity

Jinyu Jidong Cement Group Co., Ltd. has officially changed its company name and securities short name to "Jinyu Jidong." This rebranding effort, completed with industrial and commercial registration, aims to reduce external communication costs and integrate the "Jinyu" and "Jidong" brand values.

The company, which has evolved over 30 years from a regional enterprise to a national player spanning 13 provinces with international operations in South Africa, is 44.34% directly and 17.22% indirectly owned by Beijing Jinyu Group Co., Ltd. The name change reflects customary usage by customers and suppliers, solidifying "Jinyu Jidong" as the recognized identity for its cement business platform.

This alteration does not affect the names, short names, or codes of existing bonds, nor does it impact the legal validity of previously signed bond-related documents or creditor-debtor relationships. Jinyu Jidong will continue to fulfill its information disclosure and principal and interest payment obligations under the original bond issuance terms. The company assures the name change will not have a significant adverse impact on its corporate governance, operations, production, or debt repayment capabilities.
