Yunda Holding's controlling shareholder releases significant stock pledge

Yunda Holding Group Co. announced today that its controlling shareholder, Shanghai Luojiesi Investment Management Co. (Shanghai Luojiesi), has successfully completed the release of pledges on 83.2 million of the company’s shares. This represents 5.49% of Shanghai Luojiesi’s total holdings and 2.87% of Yunda Holding's total share capital.

The transactions involved 64 million shares pledged with China Galaxy Securities Co. since September 5, 2022, and 19.2 million shares pledged with the same institution since February 6, 2024. Both pledges were released on September 2, 2025.

Following these releases, Shanghai Luojiesi's cumulative pledged shares now stand at 213.66 million, accounting for 14.09% of its total holdings and 7.37% of the company's total share capital. The announcement confirms that Shanghai Luojiesi and its concerted parties maintain good credit standing and face no immediate risk of forced liquidation or transfer of shares, nor has this pledge release impacted the company's operations or governance.
