Naura Technology to hold second 2025 extraordinary general meeting

Naura Technology Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002371) announced it will hold its 2025 second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on September 19, 2025. The meeting, convened by the company's board of directors, will include both a physical session at 14:30 and online voting. Online voting through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system will be available from 9:15-9:25, 9:30-11:30, and 13:00-15:00 on September 19, 2025, with the internet voting system open from 9:15-15:00. The equity registration date for shareholders to be eligible to attend is September 12, 2025.

Shareholders will vote on two main proposals. The first is a non-cumulative vote on adjusting the company's 2025 annual comprehensive credit and interest-bearing debt quota. The second proposal involves cumulative voting for the election of three non-independent directors to the company's eighth board of directors, as well as adjusting the composition of the board's specialized committees. The candidates for non-independent directors are Mr. Dong Boyu, Ms. Feng Qian, and Mr. Yuan Xun. Each shareholder's voting power for this proposal is calculated by multiplying their number of shares with voting rights by three.

The meeting will take place at the company's 4V15 conference room in the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area. Shareholders can register for the meeting on September 15, 2025, from 9:30-11:30 and 13:00-17:00, with remote registration also available via mail or email before 17:00 on the same day. All costs associated with attending the meeting will be borne by the attendees.
