Lihua Foods to distribute interim cash dividend for first half of 2025

Jiangsu Lihua Foods Group Co., Ltd. has announced its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution plan, approved by the 2024 annual general meeting and the Fourth Board of Directors' seventh meeting. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 1.00 (tax inclusive) per 10 shares to all shareholders, based on a total share capital of 837,269,641 shares. The total cash dividend amounts to CNY 83,726,964.10 (tax inclusive).

The equity distribution's record date is September 9, 2025, with the ex-dividend and ex-interest date set for September 10, 2025. Shareholders on record by the close of business on September 9, 2025, will be eligible for the distribution. The cash dividends for A-share holders will be paid on September 10, 2025, through their custodial securities companies.

This distribution also triggers an adjustment to the exercise price of restricted shares under the company’s restricted stock incentive plan.
