Xi'an International Medical sees share pledge changes by major shareholders

On September 1, 2025, Xi'an International Medical Investment Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Shaanxi Century New Yuan Commercial Management Co., Ltd. ("Century New Yuan"), released a pledge of 38.23 million shares. This represented 6.21% of its holdings and 1.71% of the company's total share capital. The original pledge, from August 30, 2022, was with Open Source Securities Co., Ltd.

Concurrently, Shenhua Holdings Group Co., Ltd. ("Shenhua Holdings"), a party acting in concert, initiated a new share pledge of 25.31 million shares with Open Source Securities Co., Ltd. This pledge, effective September 1, 2025, and maturing on September 1, 2026, accounts for 41.84% of Shenhua Holdings' stake and 1.13% of the company's total share capital, primarily for project construction.

Following these actions, Century New Yuan's pledged shares now stand at 463.79 million, while Shenhua Holdings' pledged shares are 25.31 million. Shenhua Holdings confirmed that this new pledge does not aim to meet the operational needs of the listed company, and that the pledge risk remains controllable, with no anticipated change in the company's actual control.
