Wens Foodstuff Group expands farmer loan guarantees by 100bn yuan

Wens Foodstuff Group Co., Ltd. announced further steps in its program to guarantee bank micro-loans for cooperative farming households, following approval from its fifth board of directors' sixth meeting. The company has signed a "Cooperation Agreement for Electronic Supply Chain Financing Business" with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Co., Ltd., Yunfu Branch, and a "Risk Compensation Cooperation Agreement" with Agricultural Bank of China Co., Ltd., Yunfu Branch. These agreements formalize the provision of guarantees for loans to cooperative farming households affiliated with Wens Foodstuff Group and its subsidiaries.

Under the "Cooperation Agreement for Electronic Supply Chain Financing Business," the total credit limit for financing business is 70,000,000,000 yuan, with Wens Foodstuff Group's guarantee not exceeding 10% of this amount. The guarantee covers the principal of the loans, is structured as a margin deposit guarantee, and has a duration of three years. Similarly, the "Risk Compensation Cooperation Agreement" outlines a total loan credit limit of 30,000,000,000 yuan, with Wens Foodstuff Group's guarantee also capped at 10% of the loan amount, covering the principal, and valid for three years.

As of the announcement date, Wens Foodstuff Group's cumulative external guarantees, including these new agreements, total 14,095,600,000 yuan. The outstanding guarantee balance as of August 29, 2025, is 1,864,457,200 yuan, representing 4.55% of the company's net assets attributable to listed company shareholders from the most recent audited period. Guarantees provided to entities outside the consolidated financial statements amount to 178,300 yuan, accounting for 0.0004% of the net assets. The company reported no overdue or litigious guarantees.
