ORG Technology guarantees $250m for subsidiaries' financing

ORG Technology Co., Ltd. recently announced new guarantees within its consolidated financial statements, following approvals from its Fifth Board of Directors and the 2024 Annual Shareholders' Meeting. The company's wholly-owned subsidiaries, Longkou ORG Technology Packaging Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi ORG Technology Packaging Co., Ltd., secured financing leases from Hebei Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., totaling $250 million with a 36-month lease term. ORG Technology Co., Ltd. provided joint and several liability guarantees for these financing arrangements, as detailed in the signed guarantee contracts.

Longkou ORG Technology Packaging Co., Ltd. reported total assets of $619.3418 million and net assets of $286.6104 million as of December 31, 2024, with a net profit of $62.685 million for the year. Shaanxi ORG Technology Packaging Co., Ltd. recorded total assets of $478.3420 million and net assets of $133.1282 million as of the same date, though it reported a net loss of $19.0578 million for 2024.

As of August 31, 2025, ORG Technology's total outstanding guarantee balance, including inter-company guarantees, reached $10,485.5452 million. Of this, guarantees for Huirui Fengquan Packaging Holding Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries amounted to $2,874.2865 million, representing 49.87% of its parent company's net assets as of December 31, 2024. Other guarantees totaled $7,611.2587 million, accounting for 83.86% of ORG Technology’s net assets as of December 31, 2024. The company confirmed no outstanding external or overdue guarantees outside the consolidated financial statements.
