New Hope Liuhe repays $11bn in temporarily utilized funds early

New Hope Liuhe Co., Ltd. announced today the full repayment of raised funds that were temporarily used to supplement working capital. The decision to utilize these funds, totaling 11,000.00 million yuan, was approved on September 5, 2024. The original approval stipulated a usage period not exceeding 12 months.

During the utilization period, the company effectively used the full 11,000.00 million yuan of idle raised funds to supplement its working capital. As of September 2, 2025, New Hope Liuhe has fully repaid the aforementioned raised funds to the dedicated collection account.

The company has also duly informed its sponsor institution and sponsor representatives about the complete repayment of these raised funds. This announcement confirms the company's adherence to its commitments regarding the management of its raised capital.
