Colan Software major shareholder unpledges 1.2m shares

Ningbo Kelan Shenghe Investment Management Partnership (Kelan Shenghe), a shareholder holding over 5% of Colan Software, has announced the unpledging of 1,200,000 shares. This transaction, executed on September 1, 2025, with Zhan Hongwei as the pledgee, represents 4.87% of Kelan Shenghe's total shareholding. The shares were originally pledged on January 12, 2023. This move reduces the overall pledged proportion of Kelan Shenghe's holdings.

Following this unpledging, Kelan Shenghe now has 7,150,000 shares still pledged, accounting for 29.02% of its total 24,636,236 shares. Separately, another major shareholder, Wang Anjing, has 18,501,217 shares pledged, representing 65.57% of their 28,214,410 shares.

Cumulatively, as of the disclosure date, the two major shareholders, Wang Anjing and Kelan Shenghe, have 25,651,217 shares pledged, equating to 48.53% of their combined holdings of 52,850,646 shares. This total represents 5.36% of Colan Software's total share capital of 478,449,993 shares.
