Cecep Solar Energy receives significant renewable energy subsidies in August

Cecep Solar Energy Co., Ltd. and its photovoltaic power generation project companies received 1.692 bn yuan in renewable energy subsidies in August 2025. Of this amount, 1.680 bn yuan came from national renewable energy subsidies.

From January 1 to August 31, 2025, the company collectively received 2.319 bn yuan in renewable energy subsidies, marking a 232.23% increase compared to the same period last year. This total represents 169.77% of the total renewable energy subsidies received in the full year of 2024. Specifically, national renewable energy subsidies amounted to 2.252 bn yuan, an increase of 258.60% year-on-year, and accounted for 182.64% of the national renewable energy subsidies received in the full year of 2024.

The recovery of these renewable energy subsidy funds is expected to improve the cash flow of Cecep Solar Energy's photovoltaic power stations and positively impact their future operations. These subsidies were recognized as electricity revenue at the time of power sales in the corresponding years. The company states that this current payment will not have a material impact on its 2025 annual profit and loss, with the final outcome subject to the auditor's annual audit confirmation.
