CCOOP Group guarantees project financing for its subsidiaries

CCOOP Group announced that its controlling subsidiary, Gongxiaoshangmao Logistics (Huaihua) Co. Ltd., secured a 300 million yuan loan from Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. This 15-year loan, initiated in January 2025, is for the "China Gongxiao • Huaihua Sannong Industrial Park" project. Beijing New Cooperation Commercial Development Co. Ltd., a controlling subsidiary of CCOOP Group, provided a maximum guarantee of 360 million yuan for this loan. As of August 29, 2025, the Huaihua company has drawn 18,033,871.30 yuan, with Beijing New Cooperation Commercial Development's actual guarantee amount at 65,104,618.12 yuan.

Additionally, CCOOP Group's controlling subsidiary, Guiyang Xingyuemao Commercial Co. Ltd., obtained a 171 million yuan loan from China Construction Bank in August 2025. This 20-year loan will fund the "Yunyan District Qianling Park - Zaoshan Road - Yan'an West Road Emergency Dual-Use Underground Space Development Project (Phase I)." Beijing New Cooperation Commercial Development also provided a joint and several liability guarantee for this loan. As of September 1, 2025, Guiyang Xingyuemao has drawn 59.50 million yuan, with Beijing New Cooperation Commercial Development's actual guarantee amount at 59.50 million yuan.

These guarantees fall within the inter-guarantee limits approved by the company's board of directors and shareholders, which includes a 4.3 billion yuan inter-guarantee quota among CCOOP Group and its subsidiaries. The company also adjusted its projected guarantee amount for Guiyang Xingyuemao from 100 million yuan to 180 million yuan due to business development needs.
