Beijing Shougang Company Limited announced today that its deputy general manager, Mr. Wang Kai, has resigned from his position due to a work-related transfer. The company's board of directors received Mr. Wang Kai's written resignation on September 1, 2025. His original tenure was set to last until the end of the eighth session of the company's board of directors. Following his resignation, Mr. Wang Kai will no longer hold any positions within the company or its controlled subsidiaries.

According to the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" and the company's articles of association, Mr. Wang Kai's resignation became effective on the date his resignation report was delivered to the board of directors. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Wang Kai does not hold any company shares and has no unfulfilled commitments.
