Zhanjiang Guolian Aquatic Products director re-pledges shares amid significant loss

The company also confirmed that no changes in controlling shareholders or actual controllers occurred during the reporting period, and its internal controls continue to operate effectively.

As of June 30, 2025, the company's total assets stood at 3.65 billion yuan, down 11.34% from the end of the previous year. The total amount of pledged shares held by director Chen Han remains 10 million, with a pledge ratio of 85.12% of his total shares. The re-pledge is designated to support the listed company's development, and the company stated there is no immediate risk of forced liquidation.
