Yuan Longping High-Tech Agriculture Co. announced the resignation of Mr. Zhang Jian, a non-independent director, from the company's ninth board of directors. The resignation, submitted due to a work reassignment, means Mr. Zhang will no longer hold any positions within the company or its subsidiaries.
