Maiquer Group swings to profit in first half 2025

Maiquer Group reported a net profit of CNY 1,546,640.59 for the first half of 2025, a significant improvement from the CNY -64,392,426.65 loss in the same period of the previous year, marking a 102.40% increase. This turnaround occurred despite a 4.49% decrease in operating revenue, which stood at CNY 294,305,568.27.

The group's cash flow from operating activities decreased by 54.33% to CNY 3,533,171.16, primarily due to the repayment of prior-year payables. Investment activities also saw a 53.29% reduction in cash outflow, totaling CNY -7,594,162.22, attributed to decreased construction investments. Related-party transactions with Xinjiang Sub-Group (Food and Liquor Division) also decreased, with both the incurred amount and the repayment amount reducing to CNY 1,347.48.

The total assets of Maiquer Group marginally decreased by 1.17% to CNY 1,075,280,071.02, while the net assets attributable to shareholders increased by 0.69% to CNY 226,802,694.14. This positive shift indicates a stabilization of financial health and effective cost management.
