Guoyuan Securities' new equity fund completes private fund registration

Guoyuan Securities Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guoyuan Equity Investment Co., Ltd., has completed the private investment fund registration for the Anhui Guoyuan Jian’an Qixin Xinggui Digital Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership). This registration, confirmed by the Asset Management Association of China, follows approvals from the company’s board of directors earlier in 2025.

The fund, initially approved in December 2024 and amended in June 2025, has a total committed capital of yuan 1 bn. Guoyuan Equity Investment Co., Ltd. serves as the fund manager and executive partner, committing up to yuan 350m. Other key investors include Anhui New Generation Information Technology Industry Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) with yuan 300m, Bozhou Industrial Upgrade Fund Co., Ltd. with yuan 200m, and Guangxi Investment Guidance Fund Co., Ltd. with yuan 150m. The fund was officially registered on August 29, 2025, with Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. as the custodian.
