Dongyang Alibaba reduces stake in Bona Film Group

Zhejiang Dongyang Alibaba Pictures Co., Ltd. ("Dongyang Alibaba"), a major shareholder in Bona Film Group Co., Ltd., reduced its stake by 7,744,700 shares on August 29, 2025. This transaction, executed via centralized bidding, represents a 0.5634% decrease in Bona Film Group's total share capital.

Prior to this adjustment, Dongyang Alibaba held 84,928,080 shares, accounting for 6.1787% of the company's total share capital. Following the sale, Dongyang Alibaba's ownership now stands at 77,183,380 shares, representing 5.6153% of Bona Film Group. This change is consistent with a previously disclosed share reduction plan.

The company's prior announcement on June 28, 2025, indicated Dongyang Alibaba's intention to reduce its stake by up to 27,338,866 shares. Bona Film Group confirmed that this share reduction will not alter the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, nor will it impact the company's governance structure or ongoing operations.
