Asymchem Tianjin announces senior management departure

Asymchem Laboratories (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. announced that XINHUI HU, a senior management personnel, submitted a written resignation from an executive position due to personal reasons. The resignation became effective upon its delivery to the Board of Directors.

Mr. XINHUI HU does not directly hold any shares in the company. Asymchem Tianjin clarified that his departure will not impact its normal production and operational activities.
