TCL Zhonghuan appoints Li Lina as new board secretary

TCL Zhonghuan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (TCL Zhonghuan) announced that Hu Wei has resigned from his position as board secretary due to personal reasons, effective immediately. Hu Wei held no company shares at the time of his resignation and will no longer serve in any capacity for the company or its subsidiaries. The company expressed gratitude for his contributions during his tenure.

Following Hu Wei's departure, TCL Zhonghuan's board of directors, acting on the nomination of the chairman and approval from the nomination committee, appointed Li Lina as the new board secretary. This appointment was approved during the Seventh Board Meeting, Fifteenth Session, held on August 29, 2025. Li Lina's term will run until the expiration of the current seventh board of directors.

Li Lina, born in 1982, holds a bachelor's degree and is a certified public accountant in China. She holds the necessary qualifications for a board secretary and securities practitioner. Her professional background includes roles such as deputy director of the Securities Research Office at BAIC Foton Motor Co., Ltd. and director of the Board Office at TCL Technology Group Corporation. She holds no company shares and meets all required conditions for the role under relevant laws and regulations.
