Jiangsu Aucksun appoints new chief financial officer

Jiangsu Aucksun Co., Ltd. held its fifth meeting of the seventh board of directors on August 29, 2025. All six directors were present, including independent directors Pan Dongyan, Liu Biao, and Song Libing who voted via telecommunication. Chairman Chen Kai presided over the meeting, with senior management also in attendance.

The board unanimously approved the proposal to appoint Ms. Zhang Zonghong as the company's chief financial officer. The resolution passed with 6 votes in favor, 0 against, and 0 abstentions. Ms. Zhang's term as chief financial officer will commence from the date of board approval and continue until the expiration of the seventh board of directors' term.
