Shanghai Hanbell reports 42.9% net profit drop in first half

Shanghai Hanbell Precise Machinery Co., Ltd. announced a 42.90% decrease in net profit attributable to shareholders, totaling 257,359,767.42 yuan for the first half of 2025, down from 450,724,131.03 yuan in the prior corresponding period. The company’s operating revenue also fell by 18.86% to 1,488,837,616.11 yuan. This decline was primarily driven by a 60.12% drop in vacuum product sales, which accounted for 18.57% of total revenue. However, sales of compressor units increased by 12.21%.

The company's board also approved an increase in its 2025 annual related-party transaction estimates. The revised daily related-party transactions for 2025 are projected to be 25,406.19 million yuan, up from the previously estimated 23,600.00 million yuan. This includes increased sales of compressors and parts to Century Corporation and Taiwan Teco to 16.00 million yuan each, and to Jiangxi Dongcheng to 24.00 million yuan. Purchases of vacuum pumps and parts from Hangzhou Hanchuang are estimated at 6.19 million yuan. These adjustments reflect ongoing operational needs and strategic partnerships.
