New Hope Dairy announces semi-annual profit distribution

New Hope Dairy Co., Ltd. announced a 2025 semi-annual profit distribution plan of 0.70 yuan cash dividend (including tax) for every 10 shares, based on a total share capital of 860,676,864 shares. No bonus shares will be distributed, nor will capital reserves be converted into share capital. This plan is subject to approval at the company's General Meeting of Shareholders.

The company's 2025 semi-annual financial report shows a net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of 396,513,914.27 yuan. The parent company's net profit is 592,408,000.87 yuan. The distributable profit is 1,219,557,470.10 yuan, derived from the lower of consolidated and parent company figures. The total cash dividend is projected to be 60,247,380.48 yuan (including tax).

The board of directors approved the 2025 semi-annual report and profit distribution plan on August 26, 2025. If the total share capital changes before the equity registration date, the cash dividend per share will remain unchanged, and the total distribution amount will be adjusted accordingly.
