Fine Made Electronics to change auditor, revise governance

Fine Made Electronics announced its intention to change its accounting firm from Zhejiang Polit-far (Shenzhen) to Rongcheng Certified Public Accountants for the 2025 financial year, citing business development needs and a desire to enhance audit quality and independence. This change, which Zhejiang Polit-far has confirmed no objection to, awaits approval at the upcoming extraordinary general meeting.

Concurrently, the company is proposing significant revisions to its articles of association and several internal governance policies, including rules for shareholder meetings, board of directors' meetings, independent directors' work, and related party transactions. These revisions are in response to updated legal and regulatory requirements, aiming to improve corporate governance and operational efficiency. The board of directors has requested authorization for management to handle the necessary administrative procedures following shareholder approval.

The company's fourth board of directors' eleventh meeting, held on August 27, 2025, approved these proposals. The extraordinary general meeting to vote on these matters will take place on September 16, 2025, offering both in-person and online voting options for shareholders.
