These transactions are with various affiliated entities, including Jilin Guosheng Carbon Fiber Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Jilin Guoxing Composite Materials Co., Ltd., Jilin Carbon Valley Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd., Jilin Guoxing Textile Technology Co., Ltd., Jilin City Guoxing New Material Industry Investment Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Guoxing Composite Materials Co., Ltd.
