Guangdong Yuehai Feeds' controlling shareholder pledges shares

Guangdong Yuehai Feeds Group Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Zhanjiang City Prawn Feeds Co., Ltd., has pledged 7,200,000 shares. This transaction represents 2.72% of the Prawn Company's total shareholding and 1.03% of the company's total share capital. The pledge, effective August 25, 2025, was made to China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. to replace existing pledge financing.

Following this pledge, the Prawn Company's cumulative pledged shares now total 100,890,000, which accounts for 38.13% of its total holdings and 14.41% of Guangdong Yuehai Feeds' total share capital. These pledged shares represent 100% of the Prawn Company's restricted, frozen, or marked shares.

The company stated that the Prawn Company's shares are not subject to forced liquidation or transfer, nor are there any freezing, auction, or trust arrangements. The pledge is not expected to impact the company's operations, governance, or lead to a change in actual control.
