Das Intellitech secures $37m Shenzhen urban renewal project

Shenzhen Das Intellitech has officially signed a contract with Shenzhen Baoshi Property Co., Ltd. for the Bao'an Xinqiao East Key Urban Renewal Project, totaling a contract amount of RMB 37,072,100. This project involves two main components: intelligent solutions for blocks 11-02 and 11-03, and high-efficiency data center projects for both blocks.

The intelligent solutions component has a contract period of 150 calendar days, while the high-efficiency data center project is scheduled for 180 calendar days. The project encompasses information access, network systems, building equipment monitoring, and energy efficiency management. For the high-efficiency data centers, Das Intellitech will leverage its EMC007 central air conditioning energy-saving control system.

The total installed capacity is 5840RT, with 2420RT for block 11-02 and 3420RT for block 11-03. The company projects an annual electricity saving of 2.082 million kWh and a reduction of 780 tons of carbon dioxide emissions. This contract, representing 1.17% of the company's 2024 audited operating revenue, is expected to enhance Das Intellitech's market share in the enterprise park building and energy-saving sectors. The project is situated in the Xinqiao East Advanced Manufacturing Industrial Park.
