Zotye Automobile shares face judicial auction and transfer

Zotye Automobile's controlling shareholder Jiangsu Shengsheng and affiliates hold 22.96% of total share capital, with 595 million shares (11.80%) judicially auctioned.

Of these, 382 million shares (7.57%) that went unsold will be transferred to Jilin Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank. All controlling shareholder shares remain frozen.
