Lizhong Sitong extends wheel production project timeline

Lizhong Sitong Light Alloys Group Co., Ltd. is extending the completion date for its "Annual Production of 1.5 Million Green Lightweight Aluminum Alloy Wheels Intelligent Production Line Project" from June 30, 2025, to December 31, 2025. This decision, approved by the board of directors and supervisors on August 26, 2025, is attributed to adjustments in production processes, equipment upgrades, and layout to enhance energy efficiency and intelligence, leading to a difference between the planned and actual progress.

The project, with a total investment of 190,000,000 yuan, has utilized 101,119,200 yuan from raised funds as of December 31, 2024. The remaining 76,382,700 yuan from self-raised funds is planned for investment in the latter half of 2025. The company affirms that this extension will not alter the project's core content, investment scope, or the use of raised funds, nor will it negatively impact the company's normal operations or shareholder interests.

Other financial data from the company's 2025 semi-annual report shows revenue of 14,443,387,325.77 yuan and net profit attributable to shareholders of 401,289,044.60 yuan. Lizhong Sitong also completed a profit distribution on June 23, 2025, and reported total assets at 22,939,786,531.96 yuan as of the end of the reporting period.
