Jiangxi Xinyu Guoke Technology reports H1 2025 results, implements organizational changes

Jiangxi Xinyu Guoke Technology (SZSE:300722) reported its 2025 semi-annual results, with operating income of yuan 164,340,884.21, a 25.18% decrease from the previous year. Net profit attributable to shareholders was yuan 26,351,149.95, down 39.68%. The company’s total assets were yuan 817,189,247.52, a 1.94% decrease, while net assets attributable to shareholders were yuan 612,073,385.93, down 3.74%. The board of directors approved a proposal not to distribute cash dividends, bonus shares, or convert capital reserves into share capital for the first half of the year.

The company announced significant organizational adjustments, including a new Security Department consolidating responsibilities for security, fire safety, national security, militia, and peaceful construction. The Infrastructure Department will merge with the Production Supply Department. Institutional name changes will see "Shareholders' Meeting" become "Shareholders' Assembly" and "Strategy Committee" become "Strategy & ESG Committee," while the "Supervisory Board" will be abolished.

Jiangxi Xinyu Guoke Technology has also appointed Zhong Shen Zhong Huan Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as its external auditor for 2025, with an audit fee of yuan 630,000. Personnel changes include the departure of You Xinqiang and Yan Jicheng as directors and the appointment of Shi Lingling as deputy general manager and board secretary, and Gao Guojiong as chief financial officer, effective June 30, 2025. These changes are part of a broader strategy to strengthen management and operational efficiency.
