Dong-EE-Jiao chairman takes new roles, company announces interim dividend

Mr. Cheng Jie, chairman of Dong-EE-Jiao, has been appointed executive director, president, and a member of the executive and corporate governance committees of China Resources Pharmaceutical Group, effective August 26, 2025. This appointment was announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mr. Cheng will continue to serve as Dong-EE-Jiao's party secretary and chairman, with the company confirming this will not affect its operational independence or daily business activities.

Concurrently, Dong-EE-Jiao announced its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution plan. Based on a total share capital of 643,976,824 shares, excluding 553,661 repurchased shares, the company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 12.700919 (pre-tax) for every 10 shares. This translates to a total cash dividend of CNY 817,206,589.66. The ex-dividend and ex-interest date is set for September 3, 2025, following the equity registration date on September 2, 2025.

The dividend distribution accounts for differential tax rates based on shareholder type and holding period. For example, Hong Kong investors holding shares via Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect will be taxed at 10%.
