Angang Steel loses general manager and deputy

Zhang Hongjun and Deng Qiang submitted their resignations to Angang Steel Company Limited's board on August 25, 2025.

Zhang Hongjun resigned as executive director, general manager, and member of the strategic committee. Deng Qiang resigned from his position as deputy general manager.

Both resignations are effective immediately. Zhang Hongjun holds 132,000 company shares and has pledged not to transfer them for six months post-resignation.
