Fibocom controlling shareholder unpledges 43m shares early

Fibocom Wireless received notification that its controlling shareholder Zhang Tianyu completed early buyback and release of 43,050,000 shares from pledge on August 22. The shares represent 15.29% of his total holding and 5.62% of the company's total share capital.

The pledged shares were originally due to mature in early 2026 but were released early with Guoxin Securities as pledgee.

Following the transaction, Zhang now holds 281,512,495 shares (36.78% of total share capital) with remaining pledged shares of 31,669,300 (4.14% of total share capital).
