East Money Information Co completed industrial and commercial registration changes following the first vesting period of its 2024 restricted stock incentive plan.

The company's registered capital increased to RMB1.58 billion and expanded its business scope to include AI software and algorithm development, big data services, internet data services, software development, information technology consulting, and non-residential real estate leasing.
