Chacha Food reallocates 24.6bn yuan from fundraising

Chacha Food is reallocating 24.6 billion yuan of unused capital from its initial public offering and convertible bonds to permanent working capital.

The company has also revised its corporate structure, removing the Supervisory Board and transferring its responsibilities to the Board of Directors' Audit Committee.
