Sunwoda controlling shareholder pledges additional 1.65m shares

Sunwoda Electronic announced that controlling shareholder Wang Mingwang pledged an additional 1.65 million shares to China Galaxy Securities for equity investments.

Following this transaction, Wang's total pledged shares now amount to 130.894 million, representing 36.18% of his holdings and 7.09% of the company's total share capital.

Executive Wang Wei, a concerted party, has 49.0924 million pledged shares, accounting for 37.07% of his holdings and 2.66% of total share capital.
