Truchum guarantees hit 111% of net assets

Anhui Truchum Advanced Materials & Technology guaranteed a 100 million yuan credit line for subsidiary Anhui Xinhai High Conductive New Materials with East Asia Bank, bringing that unit's total guaranteed balance to 998 million yuan.

The company also guaranteed 9.99 million yuan for wholly-owned sub-subsidiary Wuhu Truchum Alloy Copper Material Supply and Marketing with Wuhu Yangtze Rural Commercial Bank.

Truchum's total external guarantees now amount to 852.8 million yuan, representing 110.72% of its net assets as of March 31, 2025.
