Sai Micro Electronics chairman releases 14.2m pledged shares

Beijing Sai Micro Electronics received notification from controlling shareholder and chairman Yang Yunchun regarding changes to his pledged shares.

Yang released 14.22 million shares, representing 7.94% of his total holdings and 1.94% of the company's total share capital, while extending the pledge for 47.56 million shares.

Post-transaction, Yang's cumulative pledged shares total 75.23 million, accounting for 42.01% of his holdings and 10.27% of total share capital.
